This error occurs when a partition is used to separate two drawers of height about size 6″. If CNC Boring: Drawer slide System Holes is set to:
Enable: Yes, the error occurs and the model is corrupted. If it is set to No, the drawer is built correctly but obviously the holes are missing. Therefore the issue appears to be in the CNC Boring code. I will send a zipped skp file to Joe that includes the state of the file just before the error will occur when the small drawers are added to the closet.

    Hi James,

The problem you are having is actually two problems. The first problem is a SketchUp problem, not CabWriter or ClosetWriter. The partition between the two drawers is 3/4″ thick. You have your system hole depth set for 1/2″ and you are trying to drill a hole 1/2″ deep hole from both sides. The second hole collides with the first hole and SketchUp raises an exception. It can’t handle this. Try making your partition 1″ thick.

The second problem is a real ClosetWriter problem. I f ixed a problem where the Insert a Drawer tool would place a drawer slider hole in the wrong place if the sides or partitions on either side of the drawer started at different heights. Only the starting height of the left side or partition was calculated and used for the right side or partition hole position. This is the first bug reported and the fix will appear in the CabWriter 6.0.1 release. If you need a pre-release with this fix let me know. Otherwise I will hold the official release to see if there are other bugs reported in the next few weeks.

    Joe…
