Hi.
I’m drawing frameless 16mm. All spacings and stiles seem to work fine, except the ends. It somehow overlaps/cuts into anything connected to it.
Its as if it considers that thickness to be 19mm.
I’ve checked my Stiles but cant seem to find the setting to correct it.

Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Hi Dan,

Just a guess, but if your sides are 16mm thick have you adjusted all your hole depths to to accommodate the thinner material? All through holes must be 16mm, not the metric equivalent of 3/4″ (~19mm). If that is not the problem email me a link to your .skp file.

I suspect you maybe right. Under which tab can i check that depth setting please?

Hi Dan,

I think that all of the holes that need to be corrected can be found on the CNC Boring tab unless you are using Line Boring in which case go to that tab. If you send me a link to your model I can be more specific.
