I have downloaded the construction plus plugin and the circle plugin from the site but it is saying on the warehouse side after adding a new extension that they are unsigned and do not show up. anything i am doing wrong here the layers plugin worked just fine

I will send you an updated version of Construction Plus and Layers Manager via email. The Circle extension is Greg’s, you may need to contact him on that one.
