Joe or Greg is there and issue with the renewal process? I am trying to pay via Credit Card and I am stuck in a loop for PayPal and it is asking me to register an account for CabWriter when I click on the radial button for pay with credit card. Which then redirects me to PayPal. Jack

Hi Jack,

As far as I know, it’s working OK. When you get the initial PayPal screen, there are two buttons. One says Next and the other says Pay with Credit Card as shown in the attached screenshot. Which button are you hitting? You should use the Pay with Credit Card path, otherwise, it’ll want you to create and account and so on. If you just pay by CC, you won’t have to go through any of that. Let me know if this is not the issue…
