    Previous laptop died. I have deactivated it on the account. When I set up the new one, I get a message on Sketchup stating it is activated and I need to close, then reopen Sketchup. When I do this, it shows CabWriter in the extensions list as enabled but I cannot access toolbars. When I click on view license and activation status in Sketchup, it says a license has not been activated, please activate license. Repeatedly. Need some help as I am apparently missing something.

    Hi Lynn,

    Sorry about that. Can you email me separately at [email protected] with the email associated with your account? I can then look and see which computers are associated with your license. Let me know if you would like me to deactivate all the computers associated with your account. You must have two activations previously which is preventing you from activating the new one.
