Hi Joe,
I have an active support member ship and on V5 (Home)

I am unable to download the latest version from the update page.

I did manage to download V6 and install it, but I’m not getting a new key generated under my account and my v5 key wont work.

Can i just register using a trial key that can be corrected afterwards?

If your support membership is up to date, all you have to do is go to this page and follow the instructions to get a free version 6 license key:
