SpectatorJoe,
Thanks for the reply, i will look into chapter 6, i guess my biggest question would be is there a size ratio that works best for this ?Jeremy Emerson

SpectatorGreg
ok i will work with that on my end.
but to answer yes all the doors parts come out oversized but my drawer fronts do not, i no in my head to make them oversized but i would like to see it on the cutlist if possible.i also just noticed and it just may be that way. if i have say a side of a cabinet oversized it will only show the oversized dimensions on the layout and the finished size will be on the parts list with a finished size. i have in the past never printed the parts list out so maybe that is also why i was not seeing the oversized dimensions.
Jeremy Emerson
SpectatorI also see on my oversizing on drawer front and door panels it only is doing it on the door panels ?
Jeremy Emerson
SpectatorOk Greg.
I went thru the settings and made changes and looked at the extended entity info as I made them to see what was being oversized. I found some errors on my part and some to say I did not think the are to be changing was the correct field. Like right now I have most of everything working correctly. Here is one thing I am still having problems with. I make my faceframe styles 2 inch wide. I would like them cut oversize by a 1/8 for room to joint and bring into there final width. I can add the 1/8 for the length of rails in the bead allowance settings but I don’t see a place to add the width other than going in the extended entity info and making the change there. Is that my only option?Jeremy Emerson
SpectatorYes and no. What happens is if I oversize a part it doesn’t show the two different sizes just the one with the oversized and it will say the same thing in the finished size as well. This happens either when I make a part oversized in the extended entity or have the settings in the cutlist on construction side of cabwriter. It only displays the size with the oversized. It’s been this way since I have had cabwriter and I have always just keep a mental note of what things are supposed to be. But I am going to be changing how blank out my sheet stock and need it to be oversized and I need it to be displayed to keep the math easier.
Jeremy Emerson
SpectatorSo I even looked in cutlist and I can see on some of the tabs it shows finish size and rough but the info is not being populated from cabwriter
Jeremy Emerson
SpectatorIs it the one under cabwriter settings? If so I am not seeing anyplace to make a change
