Hello,

I used my one-time coupon code to purchase/access the SketchUp course you have available. I got the email confirming it, but have no idea how to access the course itself. There was no link in the confirmation email and when I go to the page, it still shows the padlock and I don’t have access to the course. Is there another way to access the course?

Hi Gary,

For some reason, the order showed as cancelled. I just changed it to Completed, so you should be able to get into it now. Can you give it a try again and see if it works?
